Our story
Built one honest service call at a time
Ray Perfecto started this company with a single truck and a rule he refused to bend: never sell a homeowner something they don't need. More than a decade later, that rule is still the whole business plan.
We train our own technicians, we measure system performance instead of guessing, and we document every visit with photos and readings so you can see exactly what we saw. It's slower than the volume-sales approach used elsewhere in our industry, and it's the reason most of our work comes from neighbors of people we've already served.
Today we serve Lakewood and the surrounding Front Range communities with 38 technicians, responsive scheduling answered by a real person, and a workmanship warranty that we honor without argument.

2010
One truck, one technician
Ray Perfecto starts servicing furnaces out of a garage on Foothill, working nights and weekends.
